Order confirmation

Revenue generation

Contract closure

Profit margins

1.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Conduct independent due diligence

Comply with local & international trade laws

Manage negotiations directly with counterparties

1.5 Payment Terms

All payments are payable in advance.

Payments are non-refundable once service execution begins.

Late payments may result in suspension.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Neximora Global shall not be liable for:

Business losses

Regulatory issues

Logistics delays

Payment defaults between trading parties

Liability, if any, shall be limited to service fees paid.
