  • Trade Facilitation
  • Market Research & Sourcing Assistance
  • We act strictly as a facilitator between independent third parties

 

We are not:

 

  • Manufacturer
  • Buyer or Seller
  • Logistics provider
  • Financial intermediary

1.3 No Guarantee of Trade Success

International trade involves market risk.

Neximora Global does not guarantee:

 

  • Order confirmation
  • Revenue generation
  • Contract closure
  • Profit margins

1.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

 

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Conduct independent due diligence
  • Comply with local & international trade laws
  • Manage negotiations directly with counterparties

1.5 Payment Terms

All payments are payable in advance.

Payments are non-refundable once service execution begins.

Late payments may result in suspension.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Neximora Global shall not be liable for:

 

  • Trade disputes
  • Business losses
  • Regulatory issues
  • Logistics delays
  • Payment defaults between trading parties
  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to service fees paid
