We are not:
- Manufacturer
- Buyer or Seller
- Logistics provider
- Financial intermediary
1.3 No Guarantee of Trade Success
International trade involves market risk.
Neximora Global does not guarantee:
- Order confirmation
- Revenue generation
- Contract closure
- Profit margins
1.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Conduct independent due diligence
- Comply with local & international trade laws
- Manage negotiations directly with counterparties
1.5 Payment Terms
All payments are payable in advance.
Payments are non-refundable once service execution begins.
Late payments may result in suspension.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
Neximora Global shall not be liable for:
- Trade disputes
- Business losses
- Regulatory issues
- Logistics delays
- Payment defaults between trading parties
- Liability, if any, shall be limited to service fees paid
